燃煤锅炉固有的一种损伤——灰分侵蚀,会引起传热管减薄的问题。灰分侵蚀是煤中的灰分成为飞灰,在锅炉内随烟气流动而飞散,冲击传热管束,从而使管子表面磨损、研削、减薄的一种现象。灰分侵蚀容易发生在过热器管、再热器管、省煤器管等部件上,但在烟气通风机等部件上也往往发生。通常,运行时平均烟气流速控制在15m/S左右,但在锅炉壁面附近等处,烟气流动集中,产生偏流,容易使烟气流速变大,容易产生灰分侵蚀。因而,要从设计和运行方面采取各种对策。
