建立现代职业学校制度是发展现代职业教育的重要保障,其核心体现在“政校分离、学校自治”。政府将逐步退出职业教育办学的微观层面,专注于制度环境建设,凡是学校能够办好的事情都由学校办,凡是市场能解决的问题都尽可能发挥市场机制的积极作用,见表7-12。
The establishment of a modern vocational school system is an important guarantee for the development of modern vocational education. Its core lies in the separation of political schools from autonomy in schools. The government will gradually withdraw from the micro-level of running a vocational education and focus on the construction of institutional environment. All schools can do well by the school. Any problems that can be solved by the market exert the positive effect of the market mechanism as far as possible. See Table 7-12 .
