企业人力资源管理具有推动企业发展的重要作用,对其进行分析是理论研究和实践发展的需要。目前,我国企业人力资源管理整体上获得了较快发展,但由于受到诸多因素的制约,仍旧存在管理理念尚未形成、竞争机制仍未建立、激励机制不健全、约束机制不完善等问题。因此,可以从树立人本管理理念、构建人才培养的竞争机制、建立有效的激励机制、创新企业的约束机制等方面进行路径的构建。
Enterprise human resource management has an important role in promoting the development of enterprises. To analyze it is the need of theoretical research and practical development. At present, the human resources management in our country has achieved rapid development as a whole. However, due to many factors, there still exist some problems such as the management concept has not yet formed, the competition mechanism has not been established, the incentive mechanism is not perfect, and the restraining mechanism is not perfect. Therefore, the path can be built from the aspects of establishing the concept of human-based management, constructing the competition mechanism of personnel training, establishing the effective incentive mechanism and innovating the restraint mechanism of enterprises.
