由海军工程学院和水运工程学院《DL—TP》科研组张祖权、吴其其、陈丽英三同志研制的考试命题与评分系统,于1986年11月26日在武汉由海司军校部和湖北省教委共同主持并通过鉴定。专家评审组认为:“该系统采用定量分析来审定试卷质量的方法比现行方法更加科学;评分时用拓扑组合方法是比较严谨、客观的;用计算机命题与评分是先进的,是一项开拓性工作;此系统处于国内先进水平;其软件功能完善,操作方便,保密性好。建议在高等院校中推广和试用”。
