交通拥堵已成为制约城市发展的阻力。统计结果显示:我国15座城市每天因拥堵损失近10亿元;113个重点城市中三分之一以上空气质量达不到国家二级标准,机动车排放是大气污染的主要来源。
Traffic congestion has become a constraint to urban development resistance. Statistics show that: 15 cities in China each day nearly 10 billion yuan due to congestion losses; more than one-third of the 113 key cities in the air quality does not meet the national secondary standards, motor vehicle emissions is the main source of air pollution.
