许多工业被控对象具有纯滞后的动态特性,常规的PID控制方式对这类对象显得无能为力。根据离散卷积原理,本文提出一种新的预报控制算法——响应系数预报控制。文中阐述了该算法的依据,给出了预报计算公式,并对四种具有典型意义的纯滞后传递函数进行了计算机仿真研究与分析。结果表明,预报响应与实际响应完全一致。文中还比较了这四种对象在常规PID控制与响应系数预报控制下动态响应的差异。
Many industrial controlled objects have the property of pure hysteresis. The conventional PID control method can not do this kind of object. According to the principle of discrete convolution, this paper proposes a new algorithm of forecast control - response coefficient forecast control. In this paper, the basis of this algorithm is expounded, the prediction formula is given, and four typical purely hysteretic transfer functions are studied by computer simulation. The results show that the forecast response is consistent with the actual response. The paper also compares the dynamic response of these four objects under the control of conventional PID control and response coefficient forecasting.
