我场地处黄海之滨,土壤为滨海重粘性盐渍土,只有挖沟排水,洗盐治碱才能改田增产。目前全场12.4万亩耕地中有排水沟3300多条。多年来,清沟工作全靠人力进行,劳动强度大,工效低,有些排水沟十多年都没清理一次,严重影响了土壤改良和农业生产的发展。排水沟要求每隔3~4年清淤一次,土方达600多万方。从1970年开始,多次试用单圆盘侧置式清淤机和72W60—0.6/0.2型挖掘机清淤,都不理想,工效低,故障多,成本高。1980年9月,对现有的KM—1400型开沟犁进行改装清淤,主要增大犁体结构,以完成一次成形。
My field is located in the Yellow Sea, the soil is coastal heavy viscous saline soil, only digging ditch drainage, salt wash alkali to change field to increase production. At present, there are more than 3,300 drainage ditches in 124,000 mu of cultivated land. Over the years, gully work entirely by manpower, labor-intensive, low efficiency, some drainage ditches have not been cleaned up for more than a decade, seriously affected the soil improvement and agricultural development. Drainage requires dredging once every 3 to 4 years, earthwork of more than 600 million square. Since 1970, many trials of single disk side dredger and 72W60-0.6 / 0.2 excavator dredging, are not ideal, low efficiency, fault and high cost. In September 1980, the existing KM-1400 trenching plow was modified and dredged, mainly to increase the structure of plow body to complete a forming.
