编辑同志:近年来,一起起血淋淋的交通事故惨案,引发人们对酒后驾车、飙车的空前关注。为此,去年8月份以来,我国掀起了一场猛烈的治酒驾风暴,在一定程度上打击和震慑了酒后驾驶的违法行为。然而,仍有不少人漠视法律规定,顶风作案。在我看来,酒驾飙车之所以屡禁不止,关键原因在于现在对酒后驾驶和飙车行为的处罚太轻、量刑标准过低,缺乏震慑和惩戒作用,导致司机存在侥幸心
