加工薄壁形套管类零件时,很易形起振动、让刀和变形,为提高生产率和加工精度,我们制造了一种内胀式不停车夹具,如图1所示。加工图2或图3所示的轴套类零件时,可先把工件坯料的内孔按图尺寸加工后装入夹具,进行外圆、端面、圆锥及螺纹车削。实践证明,使用该夹具后,零件加工精度较高,装夹快而准确,且不需停车,操作方便,简易可行。该夹具不仅能用于车床上,也可用于磨床及其它机床上。装夹操作时应注意:
When processing thin-walled casing parts, it is easy to form vibration, knife and deformation, in order to improve productivity and processing accuracy, we have created a type of inflation without stopping fixture, as shown in Figure 1. When machining the sleeve type parts as shown in Fig. 2 or Fig. 3, the inner hole of the workpiece blank can be machined first and then be loaded into the fixture for turning the outer circle, end face, cone and thread.
