农村学校是潜江市基础教育中的薄弱环节,2003年,将从以下四个方面着力加强农村学校建设与管理,促进基础教育均衡发展: 一是建立农村城镇学校对口授教制度,提高农村学校管理水平。每年采取上挂、下派等形式,分期分批组织村小校长到城内管理规范的小学挂职学习,城区学校每年选派一定数量的校级业务骨干到农村学校指导工作,示范教学,并对农村学校校长进行跟踪考核,提高管理水平。
