目的:研究具有温补脾胃、消痞散满、缓急止痛作用的中药温胃颗粒对小鼠小肠运动的影响、是否具有抗胃溃疡以及抗炎、镇痛的作用。方法:以正常小鼠为研究对象,观察温胃颗粒对正常小鼠小肠运动的影响;以无水乙醇致小鼠急性胃溃疡模型为研究对象,观察其对模型小鼠胃黏膜的保护作用;以二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀模型为研究对象,观察其对抗急性炎症的作用;以醋酸致小鼠疼痛模型为研究对象,观察其镇痛作用。结果:温胃颗粒能够明显促进正常小鼠小肠蠕动;显著降低乙醇致胃溃疡小鼠溃疡指数;明显降低二甲苯致耳肿胀小鼠的肿胀度;能够显著减少醋酸导致的小鼠扭体次数。结论:温胃颗粒具有促进小肠推进、抑制胃溃疡以及明显的抗炎镇痛作用。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of Wenwei granule (Wenwei Granule), a traditional Chinese medicine with warming and tonifying the spleen and stomach, Xiaopi Sanman, on the analgesic effect of small intestine, on gastric motility and anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects in mice. Methods: The normal mice were used to study the effects of Wenwei granule on the small intestine movement in normal mice. The acute gastric ulcer model induced by ethanol was used as the research object to observe its protective effect on gastric mucosa of model mice. To xylene-induced mouse ear swelling model as the object of study to observe its role in anti-acute inflammation; acetic acid induced pain model in mice as the object of study to observe the analgesic effect. Results: Wensui Granules can significantly promote the small intestine motility in normal mice; significantly reduce the ulcer index in mice induced by ethanol; significantly reduce the degree of swelling in xylene-induced ear swelling mice; and can significantly reduce the number of writhing induced by acetic acid in mice. Conclusion: Wensui granule can promote small intestine, inhibit gastric ulcer and obvious anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.
