黑尿病合并褐黄性关节炎为罕见病例,故报告如下: 男性,47岁,住院号:7813。患者以腰痛、黑尿4年入院。43岁时,无明显诱因,也无腰扭伤史,出现腰部持续性隐痛。且阵发性加剧,发作时腰部活动受限,甚至两下肢不能抬举。同时颈项肩胛亦有轻度酸痛。曾自服消炎痛等药,并无好转,同年发生尿色深褐,滴尿后,内裤黑染。尿留存一周,呈深黑色,但无尿路刺激症状。既往:5～6岁时,曾有排尿淋漓不尽史,不久自愈。父母系非近亲姻缘。父早年病故(病不详),其母幼年曾有排尿淋漓不止及内裤滴尿后黑染现象。妻健在,一女儿10岁尿量频多,不能自制。兄弟姐妹无类似现象,亦无其它遗传性疾病。查体:体温36.7,脉搏81,血压136/80。神清,
