“后进生”是我们每一个教师头痛的事。“后进生”的表现种种不一:有的顽皮打闹;有的听课注意力不集中;有的作业马虎或完不成……但他们有一个共同点:学习底子差、兴趣低、信心不足。我在转化“后进生”工作中从“请学生帮忙”入手。在课堂上,我常请学生给我找“茬”——白音、错字、不准确的用语,找到就给予表扬。这样做,较好地调动了后进生听课的积极性。慢慢地,他们学会了思考、分析,逐渐养成了注意听讲的习惯。在课间,我经常找一些“后进生”交流,让他们帮我出主意,策划
“Afterlife ” is a headache for each of our teachers. Some students have one thing in common: learning poor foundation, low interest and confidence insufficient.
