目的确立硫酸氨基葡萄糖氯化钾有关物质的薄层检查方法。方法从展开剂体系、显色方法、杂质来源、最低检测限、点样浓度、以及专属性研究、稳定性等方面研究硫酸氨基葡萄糖氯化钾的薄层检测有关物质的方法。结果采用薄层色谱法可以检测出硫酸氨基葡萄糖氯化钾中存在的有关物质。结论本法简便、灵敏、专属性强、重现性好,可用于硫酸氨基葡萄糖氯化钾的有关物质检测。
Objective To establish a thin layer method for the determination of glucosamine and potassium chloride sulfate related substances. Methods The methods for the determination of related substances in thin layer of potassium glucosulphate sulfate were studied in terms of developing solvent system, colorimetric method, source of impurities, minimum detection limit, spot concentration, specificity study and stability. Results Thin layer chromatography was used to detect the presence of related substances in the glucosamine sulfate potassium chloride. Conclusion This method is simple, sensitive, specific and reproducible. It can be used to detect the related substances of glucosamine potassium chloride.
