Shenzhen Diwang Commercial Building is located at the intersection of three bustling roads: Shennan Middle Road, Bao’an South Road and Jiefang Road Middle Road. Because of its location in the traffic arteries, the land price has created a Shenzhen record and is reputed as the “land king” in Shenzhen. This project mainly consists of three parts: the 81-storey main building, the 33-storey residential annex, and the 5-storey shopping mall. The main building is a steel structure with a total height of 383.95 meters, ranking first in Asia and fourth in the world, with a building area of 149,700 square meters and three underground floors.
