本文对目前用于笔记本电脑的多热源热管散热模组进行了实验研究,探索双热源散热模组中两个发热芯片的功率变化、排列位置变化对热管传热性能和散热模组各部分热阻变化的影响规律,对热管散热模组的设计具有一定的指导意义。
