今年6月,一家专业的汽车杂志举办了“国产轿车消费者满意度调查”,共有35款在国内上市一年以上的车型参加了这次消费者满意度评选。其中,一汽丰田的COROLLA花冠拔得头筹,获得了“2006消费者满意度优胜车型”第一名和“最佳中级轿车”两项大奖。“消费者在购买汽车时,会全面地比较价值而不是价格。只有为消费者提供的综合价值高,你的汽车才容易卖得出去。”在接受《东方企业文化》采访时,一汽丰田汽车销售有限公司的常务副总经理王法长如是说。王法长表示,对于那些需要实实在在的汽车使用功能,而非以汽车标榜身份地位的家庭用户来说,汽车的综合价值高低是决定是否购买的主要因素。“所以,对于汽车厂家来说,为了更好地实现销售,就必须为用户提供更好的综合价值。”
