徇私舞弊不移交刑事案件罪是一种新型的渎职犯罪,随着行政执法的范围不断扩大,行政违纪行为的曝光。从近两年司法实践来看,徇私舞弊不移交刑事案件有不断增加的趋势。
Practicing favoritism and not commuting crimes in criminal cases is a new crime of dereliction of duty.
