过去我厂不能生产直径超过500毫米的大型铜保持架毛坯。用砂型铸造往往达不到质量要求。委托上海生产成本又太高。现在3-809将大型黄铜保持架,采用离心浇注。试验证明质量已基本达到要求。
In the past, our factory could not produce large copper cage blank with diameter over 500mm. Sand casting often fail to meet quality requirements. Commissioned Shanghai production costs are too high. Now 3-809 large brass cage, using centrifugal casting. Test proved that the quality has basically reached the requirement.
