在过去几年里,桑地亚实验室为美国空军空间和导弹系统组织(SAMSO)作了先进端头再入飞行器的飞行试验。这些飞行器中有一些采用了弯曲端头,给飞行器带来很大的滚转力矩,需要采用弹上主动式滚转控制。本文介绍了滚转控制系统的研制状况。该系统的研制需要满足两个要求:(1)重量和体积受到严格的限制;(2);研制计划的日程特别短(6个月)。本文还讨论了飞行试验的结果,这些结果表明了该系统完成所需的稳定功能的能力。着重介绍了两个关键部分,即推进剂和控制活门。
In the past few years, Sandia Labs has conducted advanced flight tests for the SAMSO pilot aircraft. Some of these aircraft use curved ends that give the aircraft significant roll-over torques and require proactive roll control on the projectile. This article describes the development of roll control system. The development of the system needs to meet two requirements: (1) the weight and volume are strictly limited; (2) the schedule of the development plan is particularly short (6 months). The article also discusses the results of flight tests, which demonstrate the system’s ability to perform the required stabilization functions. Two key parts are highlighted, namely propellants and control valves.
