对某实际工程管内径1200mm的自承式跨越钢管进行设计,其跨度36m、矢高4.5m、失跨比1/8。文中计算了管道的几种主要荷载作用及各种工况作用下的内力情况,进行了强度校核及稳定性验算。对管道进行SAP2000有限元模拟,利用有限元模拟结果与传统力学计算比较,对设计进行了合理分析,得出了本工程最终设计结果,为类似自承式跨越给水管工程提供参考。
The design of a self-supporting spanning steel pipe with an inner diameter of 1200mm in an actual project has a span of 36m, a sag of 4.5m and a span ratio of 1/8. In this paper, several main loads of pipeline and internal forces under various working conditions are calculated, and strength checking and stability checking are carried out. The finite element simulation of the pipeline is carried out by using SAP2000. By using the finite element simulation results compared with the traditional mechanical calculation, the design is rationally analyzed, and the final design results of the project are obtained, providing reference for similar self-supporting span water supply pipe project.
