病例一:女性,14岁,住院号18282。主诉发烧、咳嗽、流涕3—4天,头疼、昏迷、抽搐一天而入院。患者于发病前五天有着凉历史,并且邻居附近有类似病情者颇多。该患者于着凉后即有鼻塞流涕、发烧及咽疼等,一、二天后全身酸疼无力,卧床不起。入院前一天夜间开始头部剧疼,并有恶心,曾呕吐一次;次晨即陷昏迷,时有抽搐,急病入院。检查:神智不清,时而抽搐,心律整,心率102次/一分钟,肺部呼吸音粗,偶闻少许干罗音,颈向前屈时有抵抗感,膝反射迟钝,克匿革氏征阳性,巴彬斯奇氏征左侧阳性,右
Case 1: Female, 14 years old, hospital number 18282. Chief complaint of fever, cough, runny nose 3-4 days, headache, coma, convulsions and admission one day. The patient had a cold history of five days before the onset of illness, and there were quite a number of similar conditions in the neighborhood. The patient had stuffy nose runny nose, fever and sore throat after a cold, one or two days after the body aches, bedridden. The night before the hospital began to hurt the head and night, and nausea, vomiting once; the next morning was coma, when convulsions, emergency hospitalization. Check: Unconscious, sometimes convulsions, heart rhythm, heart rate 102 times / one minute, coarse lung breath sounds, smell a little dry rales, neck forward flexion resistance, knee reflex slow, Positive, Babinski’s sign left positive, right
