目的探讨CD105在急性白血病骨髓细胞的表达及其意义。方法分离骨髓单个核细胞,采用流式细胞仪(FCM)检测CD105的表达。结果CD105在急性白血病骨髓细胞表达率[(30.39±8.69)%]明显高于对照组[(1.90±0.61)%](P<0.05);且急性淋巴白血病表达CD105阳性率[(49.92±16.71)%]高于在急性髓系白血病的表达率[(22.21±9.95)%](P<0.05);化疗缓解后CD105表达率[(3.99±1.45)%]比化疗前[(48.74±16.45)%]显著减低(P<0.05);浸润组CD105表达率[(41.39±14.05)%]高于非浸润组[(21.06±9.14)%](P<0.05)。结论CD105在急性白血病细胞的异常表达,可能与白血病发病和预后有关。
Objective To investigate the expression of CD105 in bone marrow cells of acute leukemia and its significance. Methods Bone marrow mononuclear cells were isolated and the expression of CD105 was detected by flow cytometry (FCM). Results The expression of CD105 in acute myeloid leukemia bone marrow cells was significantly higher than that in control group [(30.39 ± 8.69)% vs (1.90 ± 0.61)%, P <0.05) %] Was higher than that in the patients with acute myeloid leukemia [(22.21 ± 9.95)%] (P <0.05); The expression of CD105 after chemotherapy was significantly higher than that before chemotherapy [(3.74 ± 1.64)%] (P <0.05). The expression of CD105 in infiltrating group (41.39 ± 14.05)% was significantly higher than that in non-infiltrating group (21.06 ± 9.14%) (P <0.05). Conclusion The abnormal expression of CD105 in acute leukemia cells may be related to the pathogenesis and prognosis of leukemia.
