中国近代证券法产生于清末,确立发展于北洋政府时期,南京国民政府时期得到进一步完善。本文主要阐述了中国近代证券法的产生和演进,对当时社会的影响及其借鉴意义。
The modern securities law of China originated in the late Qing Dynasty and was established during the Beiyang government. The period of the Nanjing National Government was further improved. This article mainly expounds the emergence and evolution of China’s modern securities law and its impact on the society at that time and its significance for reference.
