目的探讨肾囊肿的微创治疗办法。方法回顾分析31例肾囊肿患者的临床资料,采用B超引导下肾囊肿穿刺抽吸加硬化剂注射治疗及后腹腔镜下肾囊肿去顶术治疗。结果全部手术成功,随访6~24个月。穿刺组1例囊肿较前缩小1/2,腔镜组无复发。结论针对不同的适应症,B超引导下肾囊肿穿刺抽吸加硬化剂注射治疗和腹腔镜手术相结合,可达到微创、恢复快,住院时间短的优点,可作为肾囊肿的首选治疗办法。
Objective To investigate the minimally invasive treatment of renal cysts. Methods The clinical data of 31 patients with renal cysts were retrospectively analyzed. The renal cysts were treated with B-ultrasound guided aspiration and sclerotherapy and retroperitoneal laparoscopic removal of renal cysts. Results All the surgeries were successful and were followed up for 6-24 months. One case of puncture group cystic shrinkage than the previous 1/2, no recurrence of endoscopic group. Conclusion According to different indications, B-ultrasound-guided renal cyst puncture and aspiration plus sclerotherapy combined with laparoscopic surgery can achieve the advantages of minimally invasive, rapid recovery and short hospital stay, which can be used as the first choice for treatment of renal cysts .
