日前,云南省以2014年1号文件形式,出台了《关于创新体制机制加强人才工作的意见》,提出了一系列云南创新人才发展体制机制的重要举措。由于多重因素,云南人才发展仍存在总量不足、结构不优、人才工作体制机制不活等问题。最近,云南省委、省政府以2014年1号文件形式,出台了《关于创新体制机制加强人才工作的意见》,在充分梳理原有政策的基础上,提出了一系列云南创新人才发展体制机制的重要举措,旨在形成具有云南特色和区域竞争力的人才制度优势,激发各类人才的干事创业热情。
Recently, Yunnan Province put forward “Opinions on Innovating System and Mechanism to Strengthen Talent Work” in the form of No. 1 document in 2014 and put forward a series of important measures for developing innovative institutional mechanisms for Yunnan innovation. Due to multiple factors, the total talent shortage in Yunnan is still low, the structure is not good, and the personnel system and mechanism are not viable. Recently, Yunnan Provincial Party Committee and Government formulated the “Opinions on Innovating System and Mechanism to Strengthen Talent Work” in the form of No. 1 document of 2014. On the basis of fully reviewing the existing policies, a series of institutional mechanisms for the development of Yunnan innovation talents were put forward Aiming at forming a talent system featuring Yunnan's characteristics and regional competitiveness and stimulating entrepreneurial enthusiasm for all kinds of personnel.
