利用2008—2009年全国新型农村合作医疗相关数据,采取“定量分析与定性研究相结合、以定量分析为主”的研究方法,对新型农村合作医疗基金超支原因进行了数量化的全面分析,以期为政策调整提供较为精确的数据依据。
