本文于Britton-Robinson介质(pH2.5)中研究了头孢唑啉的半微分吸附伏安法行为,并讨论了电极过程。在选定条件下,于-0.67V(vs.Ag/AgCl)处得一灵敏的还原峰。富集50s,其浓度在4.4×10 ̄-9~1.1×10 ̄-7mo1/L范围内与峰电流值呈良好线性关系,检测下限为2.2×10 ̄-9mo1/L方法无需前处理即可用于尿液及血清样品中痕量头孢唑啉的测定,回收率在92.5%~108.3%,相对标准偏差为2.8%。
In this paper, the semi-differential adsorption voltammetry of cefazolin was studied in Britton-Robinson medium (pH2.5) and the electrode process was discussed. Under the chosen conditions, a sensitive reduction peak at -0.67 V (vs. Ag / AgCl) was obtained. Enrichment 50s, its concentration in the range of 4.4 × 10 ~ 9 ~ 1.1 × 10 ~ -7mo1 / L and the peak current value showed a good linear relationship between the detection limit of 2.2 × 10 ~ -mou1 / L The method was applied to the determination of trace cefazolin in urine and serum samples without pretreatment. The recoveries ranged from 92.5% to 108.3% with a relative standard deviation of 2.8%.
