收入分配的问题越来越受到政府、人民和媒体的关注。去年的十八大报告反复提及收入分配制度改革。而历时八年之久的收入分配改革方案终于在2013年出台,国务院同意发展改革委、财政部、人力资源社会保障部《关于深化收入分配制度改革的若干意见》。而收入分配在以往学术界则是不甚关注的问题,专业性理论研究不多见。
The issue of income distribution has drawn more and more attention from the government, the people and the media. Last year’s eighteen report repeatedly mentioned the income distribution system reform. The eight-year-long income distribution reform program was finally launched in 2013. The State Council agrees with the “Proposal on Deepening the Reform of the Income Distribution System” issued by the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security. Income distribution in the past, the academic community is not very concerned about the issue of professional theory is rare.
