主要探讨了EPDM/CPE并用比、阻燃剂 (Sb2 O3 、十溴联苯醚 )的配比、填料品种及用量、硫化剂DCP及助交联剂TAIC等因素对EPDM /CPE并用胶料力学性能、阻燃性能及电性能的影响.结果表明 :选择EPDM 40 ,CPE 6 0 ,3PbO 1 2 ,2PbO 1 2 ,DCP 2~ 3,TAIC 1,滑石粉 30 ,Sb2 O3 10~ 15 ,ZR - 10 2 0~ 30 ,SA 1,ZnO 5 ,可制得综合性能较好的EPDM/CPE并用胶料 ,其氧指数达 2 9~ 36 ,体积电阻率 10 13 Ω?cm ,表面电阻率10 11Ω.“,”A Study was made on the effects of EPDM/CPE blending ratioes, compounding ratioes of flame retardant agent (antimony trioxide and decabromodiphenyl oxide), filler's variety and addition, vulcanization agent (dicumyl peroxide) and cross-linking aid agent TAIC on the mechanical properties, flame resistance and electrical insulation properties of EPDM/CPE blends. The results showed that by selecting EPDM 40, CPE 60, tribasic lead sulphate (3PbO·PbSO 4·H 2O) 1 2,dibasic lead phosphate (2PbO·PbPO 3·12H 2O) 1 2, dicumyl peroxide (DCP) 2~3, triallyl isocyanurate (TAIC) 1, talc powder 30, antimony trioxide (Sb 2O 3) 10~15, decabromodiphenyl oxide 20~30,stearic acid 1, zinc oxide (ZnO) 5, EPDM/CPE blend having better comprehensive performance had been prepared, and the oxygen index was 29~36,the electrical volume resistivity was approximatly 10 13 Ω·cm, the electrical surface resistivity was about 10 11 Ω
