目的 探讨苯妥英单药治疗癫痫的疗效与血药浓度和剂量的关系。方法 采用荧光偏振免疫法(FPIA)对 14 1例次单用苯妥英的癫痫患者进行血药浓度监测。结果 苯妥英有效血药浓度为 13 .5 9± 5 .3 1μg/mL ;在剂量 0 .2~ 0 .4g/d的 110例次中 64 .5 0 %的病例癫痫发作得到有效控制 ,3 .64 %表现苯妥英中毒。结论血药浓度监测在苯妥英单药控制癫痫中具有重要意义
Objective To investigate the efficacy of phenytoin monotherapy in the treatment of epilepsy and its relationship with plasma concentration and dose. Methods Fluorescence polarization immunoassay (FPIA) was used to monitor blood concentration in 14 1 epilepsy patients with phenytoin alone. Results The effective plasma concentration of phenytoin was 13.59 ± 5.31μg / mL; 64.0% of the 110 sub-doses of 0.2-2.4g / d were effectively controlled in seizures.3. 64% performance phenytoin poisoning. Conclusion The monitoring of plasma concentration of phenytoin monotherapy in the control of epilepsy is of great significance
