对于斜轴散光患者来说,会产生空间错位的感觉(又称为空间异常)。例如一个正方形,矫正好斜轴散光(已经精调)后,多数患者平视正方形时,会感觉到上下两条线距离中间的长度不等,一条长且远,另一条短且近。也有个别患者感觉水平线一边高一边低。
