目的 观察吸烟对视前庭眼动的影响。方法 采用恒角速度方向交替式视动性刺激方法,对8名健康青年男性吸烟者吸烟前后视动性眼震各参数进行观察。结果 吸烟后即刻视网膜电位降低有非常显著性(P<0.01);最大慢相速度在吸烟后15min显著降低(P<0.05),且降低的慢相速度在低速时变化显著,而快相速度在吸烟前后无显著性变化。结论 吸烟可导致视网膜电位降低及在空中对物体的判断力下降,从而对飞行安全构成严重威胁。
Objective To observe the effect of smoking on the visual acuity of the vestibule. Methods The parameters of optokinetic nystagmus in 8 healthy young male smokers before and after smoking were observed by the method of alternating angular dynamic stimulation at constant angular velocity. (P <0.01). The maximum slow phase velocity was significantly decreased 15 min after smoking (P <0.05), and the slow phase velocity decreased significantly at low speed, while the fast phase velocity was No significant changes before and after smoking. Conclusion Smoking can lead to the reduction of the potential of the retina and the judgment of the object in the air, which poses a serious threat to flight safety.
