近些年我国融资租赁行业发展迅速,已成为主要的融资渠道,强有力的支持民航、通信等基础设施的建设,是现代金融行业的朝阳产业。但是融资租赁行业也暴露出众多的问题,表现最明显的就是承租人权力保护不到位,出租人面临的风险较高,平衡出租人风险与收益之间的关系,促进融资租赁行业的发展,彻底发挥融资租赁的作用。本文以融资租赁合同为切入点,分析融资租赁现状与特征的基础上,详细阐述融资租赁合同中如何保护出租人的权利。
In recent years, the rapid development of China’s financial leasing industry has become a major financing channel.
