目的:探讨内服外用中药在高频电波刀(LEEP)治疗慢性宫颈炎中起到的积极作用。方法:选取笔者所在医院2016年3月-2017年3月收治的172例慢性宫颈炎患者,随机均分为对照组和观察组,对照组行常规LEEP宫颈环切术,观察组在行LEEP宫颈环切术的基础上,同时内服外用中药。对比两组患者的术中平均出血量、术后各项恢复指标和疗效。结果:观察组术中平均出血量和术后支原体复发率、衣原体复发率、感染率和复发率均明显低于对照组,且术后创面愈合时间和阴道流血持续时间明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05
