一、设计背景在电信领域,基于SIP软交换的中间件软件已经比较成熟,如比较著名的Global IP和Radvision公司等都提供了标准的SIP及多媒体中间件开发包,支持SIP会话以及主流媒体格式的音视频编解码。国内外很多知名软件都曾使用过这些中间件,如腾讯QQ、Skype等,但是这些中间件价格较为昂贵,而且对于视频监控领域来讲,SIP又显得比较复杂笨重,尤其是对于移动视频应用来讲更是如此。
