教师的素质高低直接影响着教育质量的优劣,身为小学数学教师,要专注于自身的专业成长,不断增强自身的专业素养,将教育实践能力运用到小学数学课堂教学中去。当前信息时代,电子白板、网络等教学多媒体对教学产生了积极的促进作用。近期,晋江市教育系统内兴起一股“微课堂”的热潮,就当下微课开展及小学数学教师专业成长谈谈浅见。
The quality of teachers directly affects the quality of education.
