目的进一步探讨医务人员手卫生依从性与医院感染的关系.方法选取本院2010~2014年期间100例医务人员,统计医务人员手卫生依从性和每年患者的感染率,对两者之间的关系进行研究.结果经过分析和比较,医务人员洗手合格率上升,医院感染率下降,结果表明临床医生、临床护士在诊疗操作前后、接触患者前后的手卫生依从性对比差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05).结论医护人员手卫生依从性的上升,可以减少医院的感染率. “,”Objective To further explore the relationship between infection of medical staff hand hygiene compliance and hospital. Methods Selected in our hospital during 2010-2014 years 100 cases of medical staff, medical staff hand hygiene compliance statistics and the annual infection rate in patients,to study the relationship between the two. Results After analysis and comparison,the medical staff hand washing compliance rate increased,the hospital infection rate decreased,the Results showed that clinicians,clinical nurses in the treatment before and after the operation,the contact of hand hygiene compliance of patients before and after the obvious differences were statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion The rise of medical staff hand hygiene compliance,can reduce the hospital infection rate.
