目的探讨CR系统较传统X线摄影的应用优势,CR在床旁摄影中的贡献。方法将我院所使用CR照射的床旁胸片与过去屏/片X线系统的床旁胸片各300例进行对照分析。结果CR床旁胸片的甲级片率较传统的屏/片X线系统提高了39.0%,平均曝光量也显著减少了27.6%,而且它拓宽了影像信息,在床旁摄影中发挥了很好的作用。结论CR系统的应用较传统X线摄影,相对降低了对摄影技术的要求,曝光宽度较大,并有强大的图像后处理功能及数字图像存贮功能,可提供更加优良的影像信息。而且CR在提高影像质量、照片成功率和加强相关的放射防护等方面有了长足的进步。
Objective To explore the advantages of CR system over traditional radiography and the contribution of CR in bedside photography. Methods We compared the bedside chest radiographs irradiated by CR with the bedside chest radiographs of the previous screen / radiograph system in 300 cases. Results Compared with the conventional X-ray system, the bedside radiographs of CR bedside films increased by 39.0% and the average exposure was significantly reduced by 27.6%. Moreover, it broadened the image information and played a very important role in bedside radiography Good effect. Conclusion Compared with the traditional X-ray photography, the CR system has relatively lower requirements for photography technology, a larger exposure width, powerful image post-processing function and digital image storage function, which can provide more excellent image information. And CR has made great strides in improving image quality, photo success rate, and strengthening of related radiological protection.
