患儿,女,11岁,因反复咯血6次,两年内4次住院。发病时每天咯血3～4次,量不等,以痰中带血为主,有时每次10～50ml,前后咯血总量约800ml。每次均不伴咳痰和发热。肺部无罗音,或仅呼吸音稍粗。其余无特殊体征。无鼻衄及消化道出血。4次胸片仅肺纹理增粗,无斑点状和浸润阴影,肿门淋巴结不肿大。血常规除失血贫血外,余无特殊。OT 1/2000(+)(种
