随着社会不断进步,科技飞速发展,引黄灌区灌溉事业已步入崭新的发展阶段。由于受到多方面主客观因素影响,引黄灌区灌溉事业在可持续发展方面的问题不断显现,急需要加以优化完善,使其更好地走上可持续发展道路。基于此,从不同角度入手探讨引黄灌区灌溉事业可持续发展问题。
With the continuous improvement of society and the rapid development of science and technology, irrigation in the Yellow River Diversion Project has entered a new stage of development. Due to the influence of many subjective and objective factors, the problems of sustainable development of irrigation in the Yellow River Diversion Irrigation District are constantly emerging and need to be optimized and perfected so that they can better embark on the path of sustainable development. Based on this, the author discusses the sustainable development of irrigation in the Yellow River Diversion from different angles.
