对新钢9号高炉在低品质人炉原燃料条件下的低燃料比冶炼实践进行了总结。在入炉品位逐年降低、焦炭质量较差的情况下,不断地摸索和总结经验,积极采取应对措施,如取消中心加焦、提高入炉烧结矿比、提高风温和顶压、加强精细化管理等,9号高炉主要技术经济指标明显改善。2015年,9号高炉实现了入炉品位55.64%的情况下,燃料比509kg/t.达到国内同类型高炉的先进水平。
The practice of low fuel ratio smelting of No. 9 BF in low quality furnace was studied. In the case of decreasing the grade of the furnace and reducing the quality of the coke, we constantly explore and summarize the experience and actively take countermeasures such as canceling the center coke, increasing the ratio of sinter to the furnace, increasing the temperature and pressure, and enhancing the fine management And so on, No. 9 blast furnace major technical and economic indicators improved significantly. In 2015, the No. 9 blast furnace realized a feed grade of 55.64%, with a fuel ratio of 509 kg / t, reaching the advanced level of the same type blast furnace in China.
