建筑工程成本控制,是目前施工过程中必须要遵循的市场规律以及原则,成本控制也就是建筑工程过程的各项投入进行科学合理的管理,工程成本控制控制工作是一项极为复杂的工作。对工程的投资成本进行科学合理的管理,能够非常有效的控制建筑企业的既得利益和建筑工程本身的质量。本篇文章将控制投资成本之前的造价控制措施等基础工作进行了分析,以目前建筑行业环境中所出现的能够影响投资成本的具体原因以及如何科学合理的解决该类问题提出了建议。
