病例 赵云莲，女，２７岁，平素体健，月经规则。因停经２月伴不规则阴道流血半个月而来院求诊。尿ＨＣＧ强阳性，并结合Ｂ超提示早孕。入院经保胎治疗１０天，患者持续阴道出血。Ｂ超复查，显示“胚胎发育停止”。临床拟诊“难免流产”，行刮宫手术中止妊娠。细胞遗传学检查
