人体维生素D(Vit D)主要来自紫外线照射皮肤后合成和膳食获取,1,25(OH)2D是Vit D主要的活性形式,Vit D具有调节钙磷代谢的作用,与自身免疫性疾病有密切关系。Graves病(GD)是一种器官特异性自身免疫性疾病。Vit D与GD患者甲状腺刺激抗体(TSAb)及甲状腺功能相关,其可能机制包括Vit D受体(VDR)基因多态性、1α-羟化酶(CYP27B1)基因多态性及Vit D抑制CXCL10分泌等。Vit D不足与GD患者骨量减少相关。
Vitamin D (Vit D) mainly comes from the synthesis and diet of the skin after UV irradiation. 1,25 (OH) 2D is the main active form of Vit D. Vit D has the effect of regulating the metabolism of calcium and phosphorus and has close relationship with autoimmune diseases relationship. Graves disease (GD) is an organ-specific autoimmune disease. Vit D is associated with thyroid stimulating antibody (TSAb) and thyroid function in patients with GD, and its possible mechanisms include the polymorphism of VDR gene, the polymorphism of 1α-hydroxylase (CYP27B1) gene and the secretion of CXCL10 by Vit D Wait. Vit D deficiency is associated with osteopenia in GD patients.
