对“法冶”一词的提述,与日俱增。不仅律师和政治家常把“法治”挂在唇边,就是财经界人士在谈到市场经济的改革和发展时,也常提到这词。但用语的普及不一定表示“法治”真正的内涵已经深入民心。2.即使在“法治”常被引用的西方社会,人们对“法治”的确实意义仍有误解和不清楚的地方。对于历史和哲学背景与西方社会有别的国家而言,要深化“法治”这个概念,就必须更加努力。3.对所有国家而言,不论实行什么政府制度,“法治”都具重大意义。“法治”的意义,跨越地域,无分国界。
The reference to “法 冶 ” is ever increasing. Not only lawyers and politicians often attach “rule of law” to their lips, that is, people in the financial sector often mention the term when it comes to the reform and development of the market economy. However, the popularity of language does not necessarily mean that the real connotation of “rule of law” has become popular. 2. Even in western society, where the “rule of law” is often quoted, people still have misunderstandings and uncertainties about the true meaning of “the rule of law.” For countries that have different historical and philosophical backgrounds from those in the Western world, we must work harder to deepen the concept of “the rule of law.” 3. For all countries, “the rule of law” is of great significance no matter what government system is in place. “Rule of Law ” significance, across the region, without any national boundaries.
