第六届全国现代语音学学术会议于2003年10月17日—20日在中国天津举行,这是我国语音学和音系学界的又一次盛会,共有来自美国、法国、中国、新加坡以及中国香港、台湾地区的102名学者参加了本次学术会议,会议收到论文101篇。本届会议由中国语言学会语音学分会、中国中文信息学会语音信息专业委员会和中国声学学会语言、听觉和音乐分会联合主办,天津师范大学外国语学院承办,会议得到了诺基亚中国研究中心的赞助。
The 6th National Symposium on Modern Phonetics was held in Tianjin, China from October 17 to October 20, 2003. This is another grand gathering of phonetics and phonology scholars in our country. There are altogether from the United States, France, China, Singapore and Hong Kong, China, 102 scholars from Taiwan participated in the conference and received 101 papers. This session was co-sponsored by the Phonetics Section of the Chinese Language Institute, the Voice Information Committee of the Chinese Information Society, the Language, Listening and Music Branch of the Chinese Acoustics Society, and the Foreign Languages Institute of Tianjin Normal University. The conference was sponsored by the Nokia China Research Center.
