课堂是学生的学习场所,良好的课堂环境是学生学习的重要保证。如何管理好课堂,让学生学得舒心,称心,这是上课教师管理课堂的一项重要任务。我们认为,作为一个新教师,管理好课堂,应做到以下几点:一、要充分研究学生,建立课堂心理归属感;二、要以明确清晰的教学任务管理课堂;三、要准时开始、适宜进度与自然结束;四、要适应不同的教学方式和教学情境;五、要有效表达与沟通技巧;六、要积极观察学习其他教师;七、要尽可能做充分的课前准备;八、要重视人的因素。
