冶炼高炉排放的高温液态渣不经水淬,添加外加剂直接进行玻化处理,可制得饰面材料.由于采用温度高达1350~1450℃的液态渣为主要原料,并且充分利用了液态渣所携带的全部余热,因而具有明显的节能效果.在对铜、铁冶炼液态渣进行玻化试验、研制玻璃饰面材料的基础上,对其玻化的工艺进行了研究.指出:液态渣品种对玻化影响较大,液态铁渣较液态铜渣容易玻化;添加有效外加剂和制订合理工艺制度可使液态渣与外加料有效、均匀混合玻化.“,”The smelting high temperature liquid slag discharged from blast furnace, without water quenched,but with additive, can directly vitrified and be used to produce decorative material.
