目的:系统评价我国临床上使用中药消毒根管的临床疗效。方法:通过检索国内数据库,收集关于中药用于根管消毒的文献,按照循证医学原则建立纳入和排除标准,进一步采用STATA11.0软件对符合条件的文献进行Meta分析。结果:共检索到41篇文献,14篇文献符合纳入标准,最终8项临床研究纳入Meta分析。结果显示,与对照组为总的西药组比较,中药治疗组疗效更显著,2组比较,差异有显著性意义[OR=1.57,95%CI(1.10,2.24),P=0.013]。结论:中药可提高根管消毒效果,值得临床推广使用。
Objective: To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine disinfected root canal in our country. Methods: By searching the domestic databases, we collected the literature on the use of traditional Chinese medicine in root canal disinfection, established the inclusion and exclusion criteria according to the principles of evidence-based medicine, and further analyzed the eligible documents by STATA11.0 software. Results: A total of 41 articles were retrieved, 14 articles met the inclusion criteria and the final eight clinical studies were included in the meta-analysis. The results showed that compared with the control group for the total western medicine group, the curative effect of the traditional Chinese medicine group was more remarkable. There was significant difference between the two groups (OR = 1.57, 95% CI 1.10, 2.24, P = 0.013). Conclusion: Traditional Chinese medicine can improve the effect of root canal disinfection, it is worth promoting the use of clinical.
